The Mactan-Cebu International Airport Authority (MCIAA) conducted its 3rd Year-End Performance Assessment and Review, gathering key officials, the Assistant General Manager, Department Managers, Division Managers, OICs, and Unit Heads to assess the Authority’s progress and strengthen its strategic direction for the coming year.

Each department presented its 2025 accomplishments, showcasing milestones achieved so far and identifying areas where performance can still be enhanced. These presentations provided a comprehensive view of MCIAA’s collective efforts across all units.

The 2025 Performance Scorecard as of October further offered a clear snapshot of the Authority’s current standing—highlighting strong progress, critical focus points, and the shared determination to meet remaining targets.

A major highlight of the review was the presentation of the Corporate Governance Scorecard (CGS) rating through the years, along with MCIAA’s outstanding 2024 Performance Scorecard rating of 100.16%, positioning the Authority as the second top-performing GOCC in the Philippines. This upward trend underscores MCIAA’s commitment to excellence, accountability, and passenger-centered service.
