The MOA signing was attended by MCIAA General Manager and CEO, Mr. Julius G. Neri, Jr. together with Atty. Tani Angub-Gaviola and Atty. Lynn Martin-Napuli of the Corporate Management Services and Business Development Department (CMSBDD), and Business Development & Concession Division.
