

Mactan-Cebu International Airport Authority proudly announces that Mactan-Cebu International Airport (MCIA) has once again been recognized as the 2025 Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Best Airport Award in the 5–15 million passengers category in the Asia-Pacific region.
Notably, this marks the second time that Mactan-Cebu International Airport (MCIA) has earned this prestigious recognition, having previously secured the same Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Best Airport Award in the 5–15 million passengers category in the Asia-Pacific region for 2024. The back-to-back achievement reaffirms the airport’s consistency in delivering exceptional passenger experience.

The prestigious ASQ Awards, presented by Airports Council International (ACI), are among the most respected distinctions in the aviation industry, based on real-time passenger feedback covering key service touch points such as comfort, convenience, cleanliness, efficiency, and overall satisfaction.
The award highlights MCIA’s continued transformation into a premier international gateway, driven by strategic infrastructure developments, seamless passenger processing, and enhanced customer-focused initiatives that reflect the warmth and hospitality of Cebuano culture.
