In celebration of International Women’s Day, the Mactan-Cebu International Airport Authority through its Gender and Development (GAD) Committee shared a simple but meaningful gesture of appreciation for the women who inspire and uplift our communities every day.

 

Bookmarks carrying empowering messages and chocolates were distributed at the MCIAA Corporate Building and across the airport terminals to the women of MCIA and to passengers passing through the airport.

 

The tokens served as a sweet reminder of the strength, dedication, and invaluable contributions of women in the workplace and in society.

 

This International Women’s Day, we celebrate their resilience, honor their achievements, and reaffirm our commitment to fostering an inclusive environment where women continue to thrive and soar.
