General Manager of the Mactan-Cebu International Airport Authority, Julius G. Neri, Jr., attended the turnover ceremony of the Evacuation Center on September 1, 2022 at the MCIA Compound led by the Assistant Regional Director of Department of Public Works and Highways Region 7, Engr. Mario M. Montenegro. The Memorandum of Agreement was signed by both GM Neri and RD Engr. Montenegro to signify the transfer of control of the Evacuation Center from DPWH to MCIAA as its new administrator.
