As one of ACI’s long-term member, an ACI-ASQ Launching Ceremony and Pledge of Commitment Signing was held on January 11, 2023 at Gate 16 of Terminal 2 of Mactan-Cebu International Airport. The ACI-ASQ is a program that involves collection of data through surveys that help in the development of strategies and implementations to enhance the customer service of an airport.
