On 17 May 2024, the Mactan-Cebu International Airport Authority (MCIAA) together with Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) held the Reorientation for Air Passenger Bill of Rights (APBR) at the MCIAA Corporate Building.

Representatives from MCIAA and from different airport stakeholders – airlines, ground handlers, government agencies like the Bureau of Immigration, Bureau of Customs, etc. attended the orientation to be updated on the changes and amendments of the APBR. Airline representatives were also able to clarify some concerns to ensure excellent customer experience.
