On June 22-23, 2024 MCIAA hosted a two-day Family Day at the Pacific Grand Resort for its employees and their families in a celebration dedicated to the hardworking employees who ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Mactan-Cebu International Airport. 

In a Barrio Fiesta theme celebration, over 1,800 airport employees and their families enjoyed the fun, relaxation, and camaraderie through activities like games, massage, mani-pedi, foot spa, tarrot reading, martial arts, and puso making.

This year’s theme “Malipayon ang Pamilya kung Magkahiusa,” highlighted the importance of unity and teamwork in achieving success. By bringing everyone together in a relaxed and enjoyable setting, the event brings a sense of belonging and reinforces the family-like atmosphere that MCIAA prides itself on.
