Mactan-Cebu International Airport, through the combined efforts of MCIAA and GMCAC, recently earned its second prestigious certification at the ACI World’s Customer Experience Summit and Exhibition 2024, held in Atlanta, USA on September 26, 2024. MCIA received the Level 2 Certification for Airport Customer Experience from Airports Council International (ACI).

The Level 2 Certification reflects the airport’s dedication to understanding and responding to the needs of travelers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable journey.

Meanwhile, MCIA also received, in the same event, the Level 1 Certificate of Accreditation for the ACI Accessibility Enhancement ensuring a more inclusive airport experience for all passengers.
