In order to handle the surge of travelers at the airport, the Mactan-Cebu International Airport Authority was operating at a higher level of alert. To address passenger questions and concerns, representatives from the various offices of the Medical Division, Airport Police Division, Rescue and Firefighting Division, Domestic and International Terminal Operations Division, and Public Affairs Division were stationed at Oplan Help Desks at Terminals 1 and 2’s Arrival and Departure areas.
