Last June 30, the Safety Management System Unit led the MCIAA community in championing a stronger, smarter, and sounder safety culture with this year’s theme: “Reducing Aviation Safety Risks through a Sound Safety Management Program.”

From information sharing to collective reflection, this half-day celebration wasn’t just about protocols, it was about personal responsibility, awareness, and commitment. Because here at MCIAA, safety isn’t just a policy — it’s our shared promise.
