MCIAA collects the following personal information from the data subjects when requests or inquiries are made:

All information collected shall be kept confidential by MCIAA and shall be used solely for legal, statutory, regulatory purposes in accordance with the Data Privacy Act and other applicable laws.

Information shall be protected for ensuring compliance. Storage and destruction/disposition of physical records shall be within a period as may be authorized by law.

Changes to the privacy notice
MCIAA reserves the right to update or revise this privacy notice at any time and will provide a new policy notice whenever there are substantial changes.

Rights of the data subject
Data subjects have the right to ask for a copy of any Personal Information held by MCIAA about them in accordance to the DPA.
